Coaches Create Winners

“No matter who you are, the coaching you got from your early schooling years is what steadied you and readied you to attain success in life. Every junior school mentor plays the vital role of a life coach in shaping up your future.”

Mentors

Handpicked by the best for the best.

We are proud to say that every Springwood mentor exceeded our expectations and continues to demonstrate strength and resolve in delivering our promise and executing our vision.

Our mentor hiring process starts with a thorough screening which tests Verbal communication and Interpersonal skills, Practical Literacy and Numeracy development skills and also Behaviour management skills. Mentors undergo “mentoring the mentor’ program and are then handed over the responsibility of becoming ambassadors of Springwood.

Sections

Springwood Schools are divided into two sections : Pre-School and Primary School. Pre-school starts from Playschool upto UKG and Primary School starts from Grade 1 upto Grade 5.

Pre-School

At Springwood Pre-school, we aim to provide the right activities and opportunities that will lead to a holistic development of a child's potential and capabilities. By the end of this journey with us, the children will have blossomed into resilient and self-assured individuals, smoothly transitioning on to the primary stage.

Primary School

At Springwood Primary students are encouraged to follow their creative impulses and learn through an experiential process. The teaching process in Springwood has been guided by an urge to provide a superior education to our children that strikes a balance - a balance that includes instilling perpetual curiosity, an ambient environment to support this and also promote the virtue of simple living.
